How to lose weight? With healthy foods/diets?
Do you guys know any healthy food that if I eat daily, I will lose weight overtime? I heard drinking water is good for weight loss, and I've been drinking like... jugs of water since. And that meals with a good amount of fiber is good, so I've been making sure I'm getting enough fiber. And I'm still in school so I get 1 hour of exercise everyday. So thats down. I don't want to starve myself either, because I love food too much and I heard starving ruins your metabolism. So can you list any healthy meals/foods I can eat daily which will help me lose weight overtime? I just have alittle fat on my belly, and some on my thighs. I wanna lose weight during the summer o-o LOL.
