What is the best nazi zombies strategy on Ascension? (Monkeys mostly)?

Well, I usually have all members split up, and run 4 or so different circles, waiting at landers until someone calls it. This works for me, but really it's the monkeys. Not necessarily guarding the perks, it's just that it seems like there's always one person when at the monkeys has an SMG or something that sucks for monkeys. They, go down, we have to try to revive them and/or guard the perks (You CANNOT leave Jug, SC, or Stamin-UP, however QR is necessary at later rounds) we accidently leave our perks behind, they get stolen, and next round we seem to always be out of points, so no Jug or SC (definitely necessary past 11) and we die. So basically, we need tips for monkeys/1
