Is it okay if we insulin-dependant diabetics recycle our used syringes to sell to capital crime inmates?

...I'm really eager to know because rather than take them into the VA Clinic blood lab techs who instead of disposing of them probably sneak them out and sell them illegally on the street, I have eight or more plastic gallon Diet Lipton green tea jugs of my own filled with used Becton-Dickenson 50-U syringes that I'd say are well worth $10 dollars a dozen to say, Charles Manson, or someone Charlie is pals with in population, that is, if he's not still in solitary confinement. Of course Charlie will have to wash them out himself in his stainless steel toilet because I don't think they're allowed to have those little sinks anymore.
