My 13 year old miniature pomeranian hasn't been so great lately. I need help please!?

My 13 year old miniature pomeranian hasn't been so great lately. Her eyes are becoming tinted with blue, her is constantly leaking diarhea, her breath has become sovery foul, sleeping all day no energy, loss of appetite, and she got sick with foam last night. What's going on? Please help
