What's wrong with my car if it rumbles/vibrates at idle and during acceleration?

might be a blown head gasket, check to see if your oil is a milky color (due to antifreeze).. or put a piece of cardboard a few inches away from the exhaust and if there is moisture on the cardboard it is the head gasket
