Did I do the right thing about my parents?

I was trying to find something in my parent's room and I seen a jug of whiskey, I was just standing there looking shocked, then I grabbed the jug and sneak to the door, and threw out the jug outside, I'm kinda scared when my parents find out it's me who did that, they were acting kinda weird yesterday too. My grandma is out of town, and she'll be calling what is happening, and everytime she is out, my parents drink, so.. I'm kinda younger than 13.. uh, yeah, my grammar is good enough cause I read books, thats why I type this so you don't have to think I'm a teenager or something..
