That's only 1454 calories! On my diet I eat about 1500 a day, just not that much fat! So that's fine! If you're not on a diet you should eat another 500 calories, but try and make it salad or something healthier! Don't forget the calories in your drinks - if it's a couple of gles of wine, or beer that'll bring you up to 2000, if it's water or diet coke, you're fine! Enjoy!
