I have to share a room with my brother because my dad is growing weed plants in my room?

I want my room back. My brother is 19 so he thinks he can tell me what to do. He shouts at me to turn the tv off or the lights when he has them on all the time and if i tell him to turn them off he won't. He moves around the room when hes sleeping too and yells things. My dad won't let me have my room back. I've asked lots of times but he won't let me have it because of the stupid plants. What can I do to get it back? How do I kill the plants maybe?
