I NEED HELP IM TIRED OF THIS.?

okay, so I'm new at work and these girls a just trilfen they talk about other co workers 24/7 they even gossip about me but I'm not the kind of confrontational person to go and confront her in fact i hate confrontation im the kind of girl to lay back and chill and im not katy ir bitchy at all but at the same time i don't want to be dogged and talked about behind my back because i over heard them a few times but im new so at the same time i don' t wanna go and start drama because im on a 30 trial at work because im new. I'ts like i reallt don't like the environment i really don't enjoy girls bickering all day and talking crap about each other i'm a nice person and and i feel like their taking advantage of my kindness and being rude to be and talking to me like a child plus they make me do the work their responsible for like picking up tea heavy tea jugs (while im busy doing my actual job)and if i pretend like i don't hear them they get mad at me and gossip about me. I don't know what to do? any advice.
