I should be really mad at my coach right?

So I started the year on varsity and got sent down to jv. I didn't do bad it was just that the team is really good and not a ton of spots. He told me if i work at it ill be back up in no time. I did very good on jv and eventually got called up when we started states. But there is a limit to the amount of kids he can put on the roster. I was not on it. He told me not to stand on the sidelines, he only wants kids on the roster. So there I am with one other kid in full pads, standing with the parents. then he told me to go get the water jugs which were incredibly heavy and got mad that i didn't come faster. And another thing he has a few kids that suck but are on the roster cause their dads are friends with him. And this is not the first time he's done this. When I came up after the jv game (he tells me to do that sometimes) he told me to go stand away from the tent (there was a tent that game over the sidelines) He wouldn't let me or the other kids in under the tent even when it was poring out. I should be VERY MAD right? My dad says hes an *** but ive heard hes just trying to build character. I feel embarred and treated like a second cl person, i should be mad right?
