I want to start being healthy?

Just let yourself gradually increase, at a comfortable pace. Half the battle with any exercise/diet plan is letting it become habit, and you do that by keeping it enjoyable. At the same time you have to let your body and brain change the gears needed to give you more energy, endurance, etc. Just give it time, let making it a habit be your only goal for the time being. Jugs are the best, unless you happen to have heavy objects shaped like dumbbells. A small set shouldn't cost more then 20 bucks new, try thrift stores for used ones. And don't worry about the huge disgusting muscle, unless you plan on using steroids, you have nothing to worry about. Your the closest one to doing it the right way, for the right reason ( health, not just weight loss) out of the last 100 answers I've given- Same with the diet, it has to be sensible and enjoyable, let it become a lifestyle, you'll love all the benefits you'll get everyday! And learn good form and let your body break into weight lifting for a few weeks, keep the weight light or it can set you back in many ways.
