Ok so i was thinking and researching about it. I was doing Wide pushups for chest purposes and military pushups for tricep purposes. But chest would possibly get involved wouldnt it? but anyways im adding a spiderman incline pushup for chest a wide grip and standard for chest workouts. Will these widen and thicken my chest? i only have milk jugs for weights and they hurt my wrist because its uneven aha.
